Panama’s ambassador to the UK will lead a delegation highlighting the country’s favourable investment conditions at the Property Investor Show and OPPLive 09.
 
The recently appointed Ambassador Gilberto Arias will give the opening address of a panel discussion on Panama’s real estate investment opportunities at a session on 23 October (15.45, Theatre 8, ExCeL London).
 
“Mr Arias will represent the new government of President Ricardo Martinelli, whose international message is that Panama wishes to open up overseas investment opportunities and improve international relations,” said Felix Carles, owner of Carles Realty and OPP’s official representative for Panama.
 
“The British are considered one of the biggest investors in Panama so the ambassador’s presence will support developers by showing that the government is serious about attracting overseas investment.”
 
The Property Investor Show and OPPLive 09 takes place at Excel London on 22-24 October. Full details of the conference programme can be viewed online now (click here for details).
