Originally Bridgemon LLC started as an investment vehicle in Florida for properties at preconstruction stage as well as the refurbishment of older properties. These activities established the important contacts and tools  Bridgemon has leveraged to identify  the best opportunities in real estate investment.  This company is still very active, with new developments closing on a regular basis.

The founder owner Brigitte Hunt is a French national married to a British entrepreneur and has been a UK resident for several years. She splits her time between the UK, the USA and Latin America. The considerable time she spends in Latin America, and Panama specifically, means Bridgemon is able to identify the best in pre-construction opportunities – often before they hit the general market.  Our clients are able to take advantage of local economy intelligence -  a factor so important when considering overseas real estate investment. Mrs. Hunt holds a Florida license and is the broker of record.

The growing demands of European investors and the rise in the sterling buying power prompted Bridgemon to create Bridgemon International Realty LLC which serves as the essential conduit between recognized local developers and investors throughout Ireland, England and France.
