Having established an extensive background of experience in international real estate development, Mr. Cook has joined the team of Bridgemon International Realty.

Concentrating his efforts on international project development consulting for the past 12 years in Barcelona, Spain; Mr. Cook has developed an impressive curriculum vitae in the international real estate business.  He represented high-end residential developments in architectural and historical protected buildings and is recognized by his clients for his expertise in this area.  He has a steadfast dedication to identifying and evaluating his client’s/investor’s desires and locating the perfect property suited for their personal or financial return requirements.  In addition to his developments in Spain, Mr. Cook has also spent the past 2 years working on various project developments in Panama City, Panama.

Mr. Cook was born and educated in the United States.  He holds a Bachelor’s in General Business as well as a Masters in Business Administration and Marketing.  He is bi-lingual and holds dual-citizenship between the United States and Spain.  Relocating his primary residence to Miami, Florida he dedicates his efforts on project developments in Spain, the United States and Panama.
